About myself: I work as an associate postdoctoral researcher at the Instituto de Estructura de la Materia in Madrid, Spain. I carry out research on theoretical aspects of gravitational physics. My interests so far have focused on three main areas: black holes, cosmology, and quantum gravity. I have studied the properties of quantum fields in curved space with emphasis on the process of black hole evaporation via Hawking radiation and the generation of primordial perturbations during inflation. I have also studied the possibility of explaining the recently observed cosmic speedup in terms of dynamical equations different from those of General Relativity. I am currently also exploring different approaches to Quantum Gravity. You are invited to browse my publications for more details on my work.
